RETURNS & REFUNDS

1. Right of withdrawal (returns)
You have the right to return purchased products within 14 days from the date you receive the order, in accordance with applicable consumer law.

2. How to start a return
To initiate a return, please contact us first by email: femzaeu@gmail.com
In your message, include:
- Order number
- Product name
- Reason for return (optional)
- Photos (if the product is defective/damaged)

3. Return address (dropshipping model)
We operate on a dropshipping model, which means the return address depends on the product and supplier.
Before sending any item back, you must contact us to receive the correct return address and instructions.

We do not accept returns sent without prior confirmation of the return address.

4. Condition of returned items
Returned items must be unused, in original condition, with all tags attached and in original packaging.

5. Refunds
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

6. Return shipping costs
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless the return is due to our fault (e.g., defective or incorrect item).

7. Defective or damaged items
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately at: femzaeu@gmail.com
Include photos and a description of the issue. We will propose a replacement or refund.
