The online store FEMZA is operated by Smart Thread Europe Karolina Wiśniewska, based in Norway.

All prices are displayed by default in euros (EUR). The store automatically converts prices to the user's local currency based on location. Currency rates are provided by Shopify and may vary. Prices include VAT unless stated otherwise.

Accepted payment methods include credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). 

5. Shipping

Orders are fulfilled through our supplier network and shipped to customers across the European Union. Delivery times depend on product and destination.

6. Returns and Complaints

You have the right to return a product within 14 days of receiving it, without providing a reason. Products must be unused and in their original packaging. See the “Returns and Complaints” section for details.
